Cajun Seasoning To taste

Tomato Sauce (FFT recipe) 800ml

Cheddar Mozzarella Mix 400g

Chick Peas 900g

Vegetables (Cooked) 1 kg

Cajun Seasoning To taste

Tomato Sauce (FFT recipe) 4 ltrs

Cheddar Mozzarella Mix 2 kg

Easy Cook Rice 1.2kg

Chick Peas 1.8kg

Vegetables (Cooked) 2 kg

Cajun Seasoning

Tomato Sauce (FFT recipe) 8 ltrs

Method
  1. Cook the rice, drain
  2. Add the chick peas and vegetables
  3. Season with Cajun spice to taste
  4. Roll in tortilla wraps and arrange in a baking dish
  5. Pour over the hot tomato sauce
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese
  7. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until 75˚C
