Margarine 20g

Caster Sugar 700g
Milk 1ltr
Margarine 100g

Cocoa Powder 600g
Caster Sugar 1.4kg
Milk 2ltr
Margarine 200g
Method
Add all of the ingredients cold to a pan
Place over a medium heat and allow to simmer
Cook for 10 minutes until the sauce is hot and started to thicken
